When I worked the Railroad repair crew... there was an ole guy they called "the German"... he was a big guy... and unnaturally strong... he could lift and install a railroad car knuckle coupler by his own raw strength... incredible to watch...

I was the youngest on the crew... my nickname was "Skateboard", lol... and I USed to think it was fun to tease "the German" here and there... he didn't have a chance at catchin' me... but he always told me, there would come a time when he would...

One day I went too far with him in the lunch room... and he was on me before I could get away... he bent me soo many ways and made me hurt so bad, I told him "I give" and "Uncle" and whatever else he told me to say to him... haa... the crew was rollin'...

BTW, I never teased "the German" ever again...

A lesson learned, albeit too late. Being of some German ancestry as well I must say for my size my tennis partners are sometimes amazed at the quickness of my first few steps. After that I'm done.

Some big guys have some athleticism. I still recall William refrigerator Perry jumping OVER a guy to make a tackle at probably 300 pounds.
