I believed that the last President deserved to be impeached and with his actions today, I believe that the current President also deserves to be impeached.

Perhaps you are correct from a legal point of view, but I wasn't expecting Obama to prosecute to begin with.
I suppose this means that moderate prisoner abuse (with a few accidental deaths when things go too far) is now acceptable at the discretion of the president.

So did the Congress. They knew everything and yet made no move to outlaw waterboarding. They want to have it both ways. Be safe and avoid terror, and berate Bush and Republicans for using successful methods to gain information.

Congress writes the laws and they knew there were no crimes. Just the CIA doing what it could to get info from people that would gladly kill any American just to terrify us, even if there were no real benefit. At least the CIA derives a great benefit from interogating terrorists.
