I haven't played on the ones nearby in years. Usually have to go to midtown since my partners live on the white side of town.

They locked up the school courts, which I think is a crime. Kids are playing basketball in the street.

The schools in my town don't have fences or gates to lock. There's a fence around the teenis court but the latches don't even work let alone a lock.

I don't think any schools in the state do. Certainly not in New Haven. Why in the hell do they fence the kids out or in. It's a damn school--not a prison!

Safety supposedly. The problem is that to save one kid from being abducted in the lifetime of the school they are forcing a lot of kids to play on the street or not at all every day. Then they wonder why kids are fat and glued to the TV? If I had kids I'd be at every school board meeting asking why they can't unlock the gates after school's out.
