It led to a vey narrow victory for Gore.

As I said, Nader is and hsa been against the least evil. So de facto he has endorsed a greater one. He has a brain. He can add. And subtract.

Frankly, I think he';s bought and paid for.

Look, he spends 75% of his airtime complaining about the Democrats, his actions have hurt the Democrats, he could have changed the system from the inside as the honorable Dennis Kucinnich has.

Nader has INSULTED Kucinich.

I'll tke Dennis ANY DAY over Nader. He believes in the Big C. Nader does not. Nader wants anarchy.

Yep. Because you guys could have seen the writing on the wall, which was, OBVIOUS, and used your considerable brain power to deduce the outcome. It was likely.

Ths wasn't a SURPRISE.

California's polls were over 3 or 4 hours before Floridas. Oh yes. You are responsible. Be men and admit it.

QUOTE (Nomarchy @ Nov 8 2007, 08:13 PM) *
As I wouldn't vote for Gore if he were running unopposed, and since he won Cali by almost a landslide, I am off the hook on every count.

I, of course, didn't vote for Kerry in 2004 either. Or Clinton. I haven't voted Democrat for President EVER. Not even for Dukakis.

I didn't vote for W in either general, and voted for HW in 92 after voting Buchannon in the primaries, due primarily to fears of NAFTA and the other New World Order groups that came to be under Clinton anyway.

What time did the polls close in the panhandle of FLA?

What time in MN?

And why the farg would they care what we did?

Which was to vote for Gore.

Get some sleep. You need it.

Maybe Hunin should have voted for Bush, given Bush MN's 10 electoral votes and then the announcement would have prompted the Florida Gore voters to turn out, giving Gore 25 Electoral votes. Would a net gain of 15 electoral votes secured the election for Gore?

OH MY GOODNESS! You just made my day. Did you take the little 'intelligence test' that made the rounds a couple of days ago? I did, and I made a decent score. Then I tried to post it on the board. Could NOT figure out how to do that and too proud to admit it. So with my humility in tact I said to myself "it doesn't matter if you scored genius, if you can't figure how to do what everyone else has done you're a bloomin' idiot." I guess we'll agree to disagree, but this isn't exactly a new positon I've taken.

I'm just floored at your apparent dishonesty of the facts, as well as, your hysterical embrace of the RRW. Frankly, if it was me, I'd disown the sheeple cheering section.. I'd think their support would tell you something.

I'll stay away a while.

Yeah. You hurt me. Could you tell? laugh.gif

G'night.

OH MY GOODNESS! You just made my day. Did you take the little 'intelligence test' that made the rounds a couple of days ago? I did, and I made a decent score. Then I tried to post it on the board. Could NOT figure out how to do that and too proud to admit it. So with my humility in tact I said to myself "it doesn't matter if you scored genius, if you can't figure how to do what everyone else has done you're a bloomin' idiot." So I'm delighted with your post.

Let's just say we're 'technologically disadvantaged. tongue.gif laugh.gif What's a real pain though is I have a computer degree. sad.gif (not a real bragging point however).

Some things are just a matter of caring enough to stick to it until you figure it out. Don't sweat the small stuff. I can't figure out a lot of the stuff that goes into the administration of the board. That's why the whole thing is so plain and simple, and we can't post pics right from our computers.

Bee, the fascist would take away Hu's right to vote. That's just wrong.

If I'd known I'd be guilty of ending the world as we knew it, I guess I should have voted for Buchanan. laugh.gif

Then it would have been a vote for Gore, right? wink.gif

Man, this 3rd party voting is complex. Not for the faint of heart. You think you're just voting for 1 guy, and lo! you're voting for another. Tricky stuff.

Who would I have actually been voting for if I'd voted for Browne, I wonder? Or Hagelin?

Not voting would count as a vote for ....?

Yeah, seems to me I had more than one person kinda explain how to do it for me. They didnt go into it with enough depth I guess because I have been in my profile more than once trying to find out where and I cant find it. Its not brain surgery. I can find where it would appear in my profile but i'll be damned if I can find where it is that I can alter it.
